The University Of Georgia¿s Dining Services Is Soliciting Proposals For A Concessionaire To Provide A Smoothie Food Service Operation On The Athens Campus. The Supplier Will Maintain All Responsibility For All Facets Of The Operation, Including Product Sourcing, Inventory Management, Staffing, Customer Service, Recipe And Menu Management, Health And Safety Guideline Adherence, Internal Branding, And Quality Assurance.
