The Corporation of the Town of Georgina (Town) is seeking bid submissions from qualified vendors (respondent) for construction services to reconstruct and rehabilitate gravel roads within the Hamlet of Udora;This procurement includes three (3) contract packages;Contract package one (1) is to occur in 2026. Contract packages two (2) and three (3) are provisional, and are planned to occur in 2027 and 2028 respectively;Contract package one (1) includes: Estonian Road, Umera Avenue, Linda Road, Narva Avenue;Contract package two (2) includes: Vambola Avenue, Kalevi Road, and Sulevi Avenue;Contract package three (3) includes: Lembitu Avenue and Leeli Road; andThe elements of work include: gravel road top-up and regrading, gravel road reconstruction and realignment, tree removal, culvert replacement, roadside ditch regrading, and erosion and sediment controls.
