The subject of the public order is the development of project documentation for the reconstruction of a retaining wall in very poor condition along its entire length from the railway viaduct along the sides of the bvalho pivovar building and Doln street communication, Prague 4. as a result of infiltration of rainwater and an unreinforced border between the roadway and the retaining wall, the conditions and stability of this retaining wall are impaired. Work on a double-track railway line took place here. In the course of the work, an emergency situation occurred, or a wall support collapsed down to the wall. Must be assessed based on the state and evaluated by the geotechnician, decide whether there is a need to provide an additional expert opinion. Accordingly, it is necessary to determine the technology and scope of repairs (wall/complex repair), have a project drawn up and repair costs processed, property-first determine who is the de facto owner of the retaining wall and to what extent who will provide for the cost of repairs (separated financial repairs). Within the scope of the action, it is necessary to remove all the fallen fields that interfere with this action, especially the gas pipeline. 336 pcs.
