It is the intent of the District to use this RFP process to select a single qualifiedconsultant for the provision of these services as described herein.The District seeks to negotiate with a Proponent and enter into negotiationswith a preferred proponent with the intent to enter into an Agreement for the provision of the development of a fee-based parking program within the District of Ucluelet.
