Project Description:
This acquisition is a construction project to convert a portion of Garrison Powerplant's 6th floor drawing room into the Upper Basin Resident Construction Office. The scope of work will include a room divider, new offices, new carpet/flooring, and an evaluation of HVAC/ Electrical/Fire Protection/Communications Systems to determine if upgrades are needed.
Site Visit:
A site visit is scheduled for 24 July 2026 at 10am Local Time. Contractors interested in seeing the site need to make reservations with Leeann Wimer at [email protected].
