On or about 19 June 2026, Government intends to issue a solicitation for “Upper Basin Resident Office Renovations” at Garrison Dam, North Dakota. The solicitation will close on or about 17 July 2026. The solicitation is restricted to Small Businesses.
Project Description:
This acquisition is a construction project to convert a portion of Garrison Powerplant's 6th floor drawing room into the Upper Basin Resident Construction Office. The scope of work will include a room divider, new offices, new carpet/flooring, and an evaluation of HVAC/ Electrical/Fire Protection/Communications Systems to determine if upgrades are needed.
