Reference #: RFT 2026010076 The University of British Columbia (UBC) is inviting interested parties to participate in the procurement process for the provision of Lighting for UBC Field Lighting Upgrade. Below is more detailed Information about the work: The project involves the replacement of existing lighting fixtures, the installation of new lighting fixtures for selected areas and updating of lighting controls. The key items include:•Field Lighting:-Existing metal halide sports lighting fixtures to be replaced by an LED sports lighting system for selected fields. Lighting controls will also be upgraded. Refer to Appendix A- Field Lighting Performance Specifications for details. Closing Date: April 23, 2026 @ 2:00 PM (Pacific Time) Question Period End Date: April 16, 2026 @ 3:30 PM @ 3:30 PM (Pacific Time) A Mandatory Site Visit will be held April 9, 2026 @ 3 PM, further details are provided in the documents.
