UAB "Biržų vandenys" - Purchasing entity (customer) implementing the project "Development of Water Supply and Wastewater Management Infrastructure in Biržai District Municipality" prepared on the basis of the 2022-2030 Regional Development Program, the managers of the 2022-2030 Development Program, the Ministry of the Environment of the Republic of Lithuania environmental protection and climate change management development program and Regional progress measures no. 02-001-06-07-02 (RE) "Increasing the availability of drinking water supply and wastewater treatment services" funding guidelines provide for the purchase of wastewater from the village of Kirdonii services for the preparation of the technical work project for the reconstruction of treatment plants and reconstruction (construction contract) works, which include the selection and installation design services of wastewater treatment plants (hereinafter referred to as WWTPs) with the completion of the necessary tests, cleaning of old dismantling works of equipment parts and installation works of NVĚ.
