1. The subject of the order is: Successive printing services in the field of: technical editing, editing, two [2] proofreading, printing of books and magazines on theological topics along with transport2. The description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 1A to SWZ.3. Execution of the subject of the order is understood as the Contractor's action consisting in the successive delivery of the subject of the order to the Ordering Party in the quantity specified in the Ordering Party's current order with requirements/parameters not worse than those specified in the description of the subject of the order, in response to individual, current Orders of the Ordering Party submitted to the Contractor during the period referred to in point. 10 (hereinafter referred to as the Order).4. The order referred to in point 3 each time specify: detailed technical data of the print (volume, circulation, format, type of binding, type and grammage of paper and cardboard or cardboard), the value of the Order, as well as the deadline for completion, the person/organizational unit interested in the specific subject of the order on the part of the Ordering Party along with contact details, as well as the details of the Contractor and the place of delivery.5.
