The subject of the order is: Development of design documentation for various construction projects of the University of Opole, divided into parts. Part No. 1 Preparation of design and cost estimate documentation along with technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works construction for the task titled Reconstruction of classrooms 120 and 119 - construction of a computer room - BG Oleska 48. The description of the subject of the order in relation to part No. 1 is attached as Annex No. 1.1 to SWZ1. As part of the subject of the order, the contractor will develop: design documentation and cost estimates, i.e.: a. architectural and construction design, 3 copies of paper, b. industry-specific technical designs, 3 copies of paper, c. interior design design, 2 copies of paper, d. investor's cost estimate 1 copy of paper, e. bill of quantities, 1 copy of paper, f. specifications technical execution and acceptance of construction works (STWiOR) 2 copies of paper 2. obtain the necessary decisions, permits, notifications and arrangements with the appropriate fire protection expert, sanitary, hygienic and occupational health and safety expert and OWKZ, if they are required for completing the investment task according to part, 3. purchase the necessary maps, if necessary, 4.
