The subject of this contract is the reconstruction of the meeting room and adjoining areas in the 2nd floor of the building U Divadla 828, Pardubice. The building will have 4 new office spaces, a meeting room, a day room and a children's corner. The building will be divided by partitions made of plasterboard, and the walls will be covered with flower boxes. As part of the renovation, the external and internal entrance doors, doors to the kitchen area and to the courtyard will be replaced, plastering will be repaired, ceramic tiles will be removed and replaced, the floor covering will be replaced, an acoustic suspended ceiling will be installed, new electrical wiring will be installed, swing doors will be installed in individual office rooms, and air conditioning will be installed. In the kitchen area, a new kitchen will be assembled and a new radiator will be installed.
