There will be a total of 155 student apartments in the residential buildings. Turku Ylioppilaskyläsäätiö acts as the developer/customer/user. The procurement includes the new construction project of buildings 1 (A), 2 (B) and 3 (C) of the Turku Ylioppilaskäätiö (TYS) student housing site Kylänkulma II as a fixed-price total liability contract (KVR) in the scope according to the tender documents. The contract includes the construction of buildings and yard areas in accordance with the customer's tender request and contract documents. In addition, the existing kindergarten building (with furniture) will be demolished from the construction site. as well as the fences, trees and tennis court and similar structures in the construction area. The shelter in the basement of the daycare building will be kept and it will be used as a movable storage facility by TYS residents even during the construction period. Technical space on the 1st floor remains in its former place, the space is made into a warm space. In addition, the sewer pipes of the public shelter and the water and heat insulation of the walls and upper floor will be renewed. architectural design comes from the client, all other design areas needed to implement the project come from the contractor.
