Subject of the orderThe subject of this procedure is to carry out a type A warranty inspection of two Atlas Copco compressors, located at the Production Plant of PKP Intercity Remtrak Sp. z o. o. in Opole. Devices covered by the scope of the order: Atlas Copco GA90 VSD+FFSerial number: API939487Atlas Copco GA55 FFSerial number: API904005The detailed scope of work is specified in the annex to the procedure. The contractor is obliged to perform all activities specified for the type A inspection indicated in the service documentation. Scope of workThe compressor inspection should be performed in accordance with the schedule and scope of activities specified in the "Scope of service work" attachment. The scope includes, among others: Atlas Copco GA90 VSD+FF compressor (API939487): cleaning the air filter housing, cleaning the compressor, checking and cleaning the steam traps, replacing the suction air filters, replacing the compressor oil, replacing the oil filter, checking the oil level, replacing the inverter cabinet filter, cleaning external coolers, inspection of the cooling system, tightness, mechanical connections and electrical components. Atlas Copco GA55 FF compressor (API904005): inspection of service chambers and suction chamber, inspection of the fan assembly, inspection and cleaning lamellas, checking the parameters of the FF system, replacing the oil filter, replacing suction air filters, replacing the compressor oil, replacing the inverter cabinet filter, checking the Elektronikon controller, checking tightness, temperature, pressure...
