This tender is divided into a Selection and Award Phase. In the Selection Phase, a maximum of five Candidates are selected to submit a Tender in the Award Phase to submit. One Tenderer will be contracted in the Award Phase. Decision-making by the municipal council regarding the credit to be authorized has yet to take place. It is currently expected that this will take place parallel to the Selection Phase and before the start Award phase takes place. All entrepreneurs who meet the requirements are invited to submit an Application. This can be done independently, in a partnership and/or by calling on third parties and/or subcontractors.
