The address of the Tuulihatu day care center is Rajalantie 5 85410 Sievi. The purchase will take place if the purchase price does not exceed the budget reserve set for it and the customer reserves the right reject all bids. The contract includes HVAC work/contract according to the plan as well as possible lifting, scaffolding and moving work. The customer is responsible for electrical and construction work. Construction work on the site must be done between 28 June and 31 July 2026. Offer and required documents must be Finnish-speaking. Any certificates and reports in foreign languages must be translated into Finnish by an authorized translator and stamped. No compensation will be paid for making the offer. The decision will be delivered to the interested parties via e-mail via the Tarjouspalvelu.fi supplier portal. By submitting a bid to this request for bids, the bidder accepts the conditions presented in the request for bids. DECISION MAKING: 1. price. The offer with the lowest price will be chosen as the construction contractor made by the bidder, if two or more bidders get the same price, a lottery will be held.
