Tenders are invited for Turnkey Package for Design, Supply, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of 1 X 15 Mva, 132/33 Kv Substation at Motanga in Samdrup Jongkhar & 132 Kv Bay Extension at Existing Substation in Kanglung & Nganglam (Hereinafter Referred to as the Works).
(a) The scope of work in brief includes design, manufacture, supply, transportation to site, insurance, storage, erection, testing and commissioning of 1 x 15 MVA, 132/33 kV substation at Motanga and bay extensions. The scope of work shall also cover associated civil works, including design, construction of outdoor equipment foundations, gantry structures, cable trenches, earth mat, switchyard fencing, retaining wall, bay extension in existing substation in Kanglung and Nganglam, etc. The above said scope of the work is only indicative and for details refer to Bidding Documents.
(b) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased on all working days between 1000 hours and 1600 hours from December 24, 2015 to January 14, 2016 by the eligible contractor or their representatives on submission of a written application to the address given below upon payment of non-refundable fee of Nu. 50, 000 (fifty thousand) only, in cash or in the form of a demand draft in favour of the -
