LOT-0000 This tender concerns the construction of a new terraced house development at Bispevangen 2 in Ballerup. The project includes a total of 45 homes, consisting of 37 family homes and 8 particularly affordable homes, including a separate building targeted at vulnerable citizens. The project constitutes a total building of approx. 4, 000 floor meters and is included as a further development of the existing residential area in Bispevangen. The tender is carried out on the basis of a value-based construction programme, which establishes the general framework for the architectural, functional and landscape qualities of the project. The building program functions as a presentation in which central principles for the building's design, choice of materials, constructions and installations are described with a view to ensuring a coherent and qualitative construction. The project includes the construction of housing in 2-3 floors as well as a separate building on one level with approx. 8 special homes. The homes must be designed with a focus on functionality, accessibility and high housing quality, including good ones light conditions, appropriate floor plans and clear divisions between private and shared living areas. The building must be integrated into the existing landscape and adapted to the character of the area, including existing planting, terrain and green structures. There demands are made that the project supports a coherent residential environment with attractive outdoor areas, where private gardens, shared open spaces and existing landscape elements are tied together naturally.
