Turku conservatory Oy requests bids for a system-based HR and payroll solution for the period 1 August 2026 (target) - 31 December 2028, after which the contract will continue indefinitely with the termination conditions specified in the contract. based on this, one (1) supplier will be selected. The customer currently uses Primus (Wilma) and the financial management system Procountor, which will continue to be used. The procurement aims at an advanced payroll administration system set and advanced automation instead of manual work. A system-based HR and payroll solution refers to an entity in which the information of the life cycle of the employment relationship, the payroll field and the payment of wages are mainly managed in digital software rather than manual processes (such as Excel spreadsheets or paper forms).
