The Contractor shall be responsible to provide all labour, tools, equipment, environmentally friendly cleaning supplies and all other materials for daily tasks, as well as all necessary supervision required to provide Janitorial Services on a daily basis at Resurgo Place located at 20 Mountain Road, Moncton.

Vendors considered eligible to bid shall have been in business not less than three (3) years, are capable of providing quality, professional cleaning services, are reputable, can provide a minimum of three (3) commercial references, and have sufficient staff and equipment to respond to the City-s needs.
