Combined Synopsis/SolicitationSolicitation No. 140R3026Q0094 - Turbine and Transformer Oil Testing for Hoover Dam - BPA(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12 (12.202(b)(1)). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.Solicitation number 140R3026Q0094 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Turbine Generator and Transformer Oil Testing and Reporting for Hoover Dam. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The applicable NAICS is 541380-Testing Laboratories and Services, and the small business size standard is $19.0 million. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.(ii) Please see Attachment 3 - Price Schedule, for line item descriptions and quantities. Note that the amounts are estimated maximums.(iii) Description of requirements for the services requested under this solicitation can be found in Attachment 1 - Statement of Work.(iv) The Government intends to award a single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a 5-year performance period. The estimated period of performance under the BPA is October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2031.
