Each offer must be accompanied by an Initial Bank Guarantee equal to KD. 250 in favor of Kuwait Oil Company and valid for 90 days validity period of the Tender, issued in the form of Letter of Guarantee by any approved local bank. The Tenderer shall duly fill in and complete Attachment No. 3 to the Form of Tender.
The successful Tenderer shall submit a Performance Letter of Guarantee to the value of 10% of his bid.
The Bidder must pay a non-refundable Tender Fee KD. 25 as specified in RFQ document as follows:
