This project seeks a qualified contractor to perform condenser tube cleaning and eddy current testing on four (4) existing Carrier 19FA chillers located at SMC plant house. The scope of work includes all aspects of the project, from the preparation activities and chiller isolation to testing, housekeeping and refrigerant transferring. The successful contractor will utilize approved cleaning methods, conduct thorough eddy current testing to identify potential tube defects, and provide detailed reports. We require a highly experienced contractor in chiller maintenance and a commitment to safety. All necessary tools, equipment, and documentation will be the responsibility of the contractor, who should also offer a warranty on the completed services.
