The Transit Customer Systems and Planning branch of the City of Ottawa (hereafter referred to as “the City”) has a requirement for the supply and delivery of paddles and headways books ( hereafter referred to as the “Goods”) in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions of this Request for Tender.OC Transpo issues paddles and headways books to supervisors, management staff and various departments. These books are produced every time the operational booking changes, which is at least four (4) times per year. These books provide the end user with timetables and operator shifts for all bus routes in the City. Copies of these books will be used occasionally in an office environment, but some of these books will be used by employees in service vehicles, as well as on-street Supervisors.
