The F-15 Contracting Division (AFLCMC/WAQKB), Robins AFB intents to issue a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price Contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to Telspan Data LLC, 7002 South Revere Parkway, Suite 60, Centennial, CO 80112.

The following is a brief description of the acquisition requirement:
The requirement is for supplies and services to sustain Contract Logistics Support (CLS) for both the Trusted Aircraft Information Program (AIP) Download Station (TADS) units and the integrated software package referred to as the Common Mission Debrief Program (CMDP) for the F‑15 C/D/E Fleet.
The acquisition is for contractor logistics support required to sustain and maintain the fielded TADS units and CMDP software. The services include upgrades to firmware, hardware, logic, software, technical support, repairs, regression testing, configuration management, packaging, handling, storage, transportation (including shipping and receiving), cybersecurity compliance, inventory control, support equipment, and travel.
