Tender are invited for The Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority (the Trust), is soliciting proposals for a firm to perform a strategic review of asset investment policies. This review will include recommending an updated asset allocation plan for all Trust assets for which trustees have discretion, performing a detailed review of and making recommendations for the Asset Management Policy (AMPS), reviewing the appropriateness of the Trust-s spending rate, reviewing historical investment performance and standard deviation of invested assets (including commercial real estate and other direct investments in land), reviewing Reserve policies and inflation-proofing calculations, and develop other recommendations to support trustees as they carry out their fiduciary duties. Proposals must be received no later than 1:30 P.M. prevailing Alaska Time on June 11, 2024. Late proposals or amendments will be disqualified and not opened or accepted for evaluation.
