Description: This innovation partnership is to develop a comprehensive concept and implement the different technical bricks that will allow the state to create, from the structured data of a residence certificate from the National Society Register (NPPN), a certificate of verifiable digital residence in a recognized and interoperable format preferably as defined by the W3C "Verifiable Credential" standard. Another aspect to explore in the Innovation Partnership is the revocation of certificates by the issuer. For this purpose, an existing shared source of trust, for example the Public Sector Blockchain of the Luxembourg State, will be made available for the registration of identities of trusted issuers, certificate schemes accepted and possibly "distributed identifies Certificates issued.
