Woollahra Council invites suitably qualified parties to tender for the refurbishment of Trumper Park Grandstand, which will cater to the needs of a Female Friendlier Facility and the public, including accessibility upgrades such as a new public accessible toilet. Works will also comprise of modifications to existing public and change room amenities, internal partitions and construction of a staircase to utilise the mezzanine as storage. Other works will include installation of partitions with doors to showers and toilets, vanities with benchtops and mirrors.Location of the works is: Trumper Park Grandstand, 361 - 441 Glenmore Road Paddington NSW 2021A mandatory Pre-Tender meeting will be held on site at Trumper Park Grandstand on 26 March 2024 at 10:30am.Tenders must be lodged by 5:00pm on 4 April 2024
