Trolleybus contact line mast stability control This call for tenders concerns the carrying out of stability tests of the masts and their foundations (called assemblies) of the trolleybus network of the city of La Chaux-de-Fonds, Neuchâtel and Laténa operated by Neuchâtel Public Transport (TransN). The objective is to verify the mechanical and structural conformity of the assemblies supporting the network contact lines, in order to ensure the safety, durability and reliability of infrastructure. The adjudicator provides for the conclusion of a framework contract for a period of four 4 years, renewable once for a maximum of one year. The contract includes a firm tranche and an optional tranche described in the specifications.
