Description:-The scope of the Works includes repairs, operation and maintenance to boilers, hot water installations, steam related equipment and accessories in various health care institutions of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in Hong Kong. The Contract is scheduled to commence in September 2022 for expiry in August 2025.
Contractors Invited to Tender:-Selective tendering is adopted. Confirmed contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Steam and Compressed Air Installation (excluding those limited to the supply and installation of medical air systems only)” or “Liquefied Petroleum Gas Installation” or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being a confirmed contractor on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Steam and Compressed Air Installation (excluding those limited to the supply and installation of medical air systems only)” or “Liquefied Petroleum Gas Installation” who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation ...
