Description:-The scope of the Works includes repairs, operation and maintenance of boilers, hot water installations, steam related equipment and accessories in various healthcare venues in the New Territories. The Contract is scheduled to commence in July 2022 for expiry in June 2025.
Contractors Invited to Tender:-Selective tendering is adopted. Confirmed contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of ‘Steam and Compressed Air Installation- or ‘Mechanical Plant and Equipment Installation (Group II)- or ‘Liquefied Petroleum Gas Installation- or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being a confirmed contractor on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of ‘Steam and Compressed Air Installation- or ‘Mechanical Plant and Equipment Installation (Group II)- or ‘Liquefied Petroleum Gas Installation- who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender.
