Triennial Term Contract for Operation and Maintenance of Air-conditioning Installations and Other Associated Facilities at Attended Municipal Venues in Kowloon
Description:-The scope of the works includes operation and maintenance of Air-conditioning Installations at various Municipal Venues in Kowloon. The contract is scheduled to commence tentatively in September 2024 for expiry in August 2027.
Contractors Invited to Tender:-Selective tendering is adopted. Confirmed contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Air-conditioning Installation (Group II)” or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being a confirmed contractor on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Air-conditioning Installation (Group II)” who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender.
Contractors not yet on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Air-conditioning Installation (Group II)” may also submit a tender if they submit a request for participation together with a duly completed application for inclusion in the above-mentioned approved list/category by 16 April 2024 to Mr. Andrew WAN, Municipal Sector...
