Triennial Term Contract for the Maintenance of Mechanical Installations for the Venues of Boundary Crossing Facilities and Transport Services Division for the Government of HKSAR

Description:-The scope of the works include provision of maintenance services, and carrying out of alteration, addition, replacement and improvement works of the mechanical installations for venues of the Customs and Excise Department, Immigration Department, Transport Department, Highways Department and Other Departments in Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories. The contract is scheduled to commence in September 2024 for expiry in August 2027.

Contractors Invited to Tender:-Selective tendering is adopted. Confirmed contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of "Mechanical Plant and Equipment Installation (Group II)" or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being a confirmed contractor on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of "Mechanical Plant and Equipment Installation (Group II)" who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender.
