A simplified public procurement is being carried out with the aim of engaging two external non-profit actors, one in the northern part of Trøndelag and one in the southern part of Trøndelag. Young people in the gaming offer will be recruited from the follow-up service. It will be the young people's wishes and needs that at any given time determine the need for the offer. The provider will be allocated funds on the basis of the number of young people in the offer. In practice, the number of young people who participating in the offer could vary widely.
