1. Tri--Media (TV, Radio, Broadsheets, Tabloids, Magazines) monitoring, reporting, and digital archiving service for a number of static and dynamic topics to be assigned by PCDSPO.
2. Daily news alerts service
3. Access to online (web) news library and archive service, and online platform that offers on--demand and interactive viewing of relative exposure volume vis--a--vis PR values based on PCDSPO-s parameters.
4. Monthly and quarterly submission of summary reports and compilation of archives.
5. Provision to accept add--on chargeable services that might be occasionally asked for by PCDSPO.
6. With service provider self--imposed monetary penalty policy in terms of completeness of the monitored, archived terms.
7. With client management and technical support policy.
8. Bidder / firm / company /organization must have at least 10 years of experience (established) in tri media monitoring and archiving service.
9. 1 quarter or 3-month subscription
Start of the service is required within 1 day upon receipt of notice to proceed.
