Metsähallitus requests electronic bids for remote sensing-based forest inventory stand interpretation and trial sub-measurements in accordance with the specifications of this request for bids and its appendices. Metsäkeskus also participates in the procurement (hereafter Cooperation Parties), who has authorized the Purchaser to tender the purchase on his behalf and to make the purchase decision. The procurement contract is concluded in the name of the Purchaser, but the selected supplier supplies the results materials to the Collaborating Parties as attachments to the request for tenders in accordance with. The concepts used in the RFP are described in the contract attached to the RFP in the section Concepts. The inventory areas of the tender request, of which there are 2 (parts of the tender request/procurement lots) are separate areas and are assigned own prices in the offer. Suppliers are selected by sub-area/procurement separately). In the inventory area, the work also includes measurements of reference test areas. Tree interpretation must be based on laser scanning, aerial photographs and terrain measurements. The customer delivers source materials for tree interpretation to the editor. The measurement of experimental data is the responsibility of the supplier. This purchase includes tree interpretations in the areas as well as trial sub-measurements. The contact information of the contact persons of the areas, the areas of tree interpretation and the inventory areas possible special features are presented in appendices 3 and 3.1.
