This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for 2025-RFP-55, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

Niagara Region is seeking a qualified consultant to conduct a new tree inventory. This work will include completing condition assessments on all trees except for those considered insignificant (See Appendix D) and a hazard assessment for all trees with a condition rating of 4 or higher. All trees to be inventoried will be located within regional right of ways or any tree either fully or partially within a 1m buff of the property line. The current estimated number of trees are approximately 19, 000; however, this is a best guess based on the old inventory and lidar data analysis.
