Tree Establishment Services
The Town of Victoria Park (Town) invites submissions from suitably experienced Respondents to provide tree establishment services to the Town. Respondents must showcase their capabilities, qualifications and experience in the provision of all materials, labour, equipment, ongoing service/maintenance/support, warranties, and training necessary to provide tree planting and establishment during the rainy seasons, through the Leafy Streets UFS program to meet the 20% Canopy cover KPI by 2030. The contract will comprise two major streams of works that are operation requirements and are permanently ongoing; mandatory tree planting each year to cover tree replacements, street tree requests, and identified tree planting locations, planting approximately 1000 trees each year, and opposing seasonal watering during the warmer, drier months of the year, providing essential care for trees planted that are 0-3 years old, unreticulated gardens; and any at risk existing trees added to the watering list.
