Tender Details

1. The subject of the order includes the delivery of trees indicated by the Ordering Party, planting them in the indicated places, watering after completion of the works, along with staking and damming the trees.2. The subject of the order, in particular the type and quantity of trees included basic and optional scope, requirements regarding glazing material and planting method are included in Appendix No. 1 to this SWZ (Description of the subject of the order).3. The basic and optional order fulfillment rules are described were included in the Description of the Subject of the Order, which constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, and in the Drafted Contractual Provisions, which constitute Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. 4. The estimated numbers of trees to be planted given above are indicative (estimated). Actual number of works in the order execution period may differ from the assumed (estimated) quantities, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party.5. The Ordering Party specifies that the minimum scope of work to be performed will be no less than 60% of the quantities indicated in the Description of the subject of the order in basic scope. 6.
