Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting of: 1) replacement planting of 22 trees at ul. Fr. E. Nawrota 14, 2) replacement planting of 26 trees in the administration of the Malta POSIR branch, at ul. Archbishop A. Baraniaka and ul. John Paul II, 3) planting replacement trees of 2 trees per estate. Piastowski, 4) felling of 33 trees at ul. Fr. E. Nawrota, 5) carrying out maintenance work on 198 trees in the areas administered by POSiR.2. Within the subject matter of the order, the ordering party separates the scope covered by the law options, which include: 1) cutting down 158 trees in Poznań, 2) replacing 59 trees. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 5 to the Specification of Order Conditions.4. The ordering party will specify the right of option. Option is described in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ and the draft agreement, Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.5. Offers should be prepared on the basis of the offer form - Appendix No. 1 and the Price Form - Appendix No. 3 to SWZ.6. Wood obtained from cutting down trees becomes your own property Contractors.7.
