Tender Details

The subject of the order is the service of cutting and caring for trees in the military complexes administered by the 22nd WOG in the following towns: Olsztyn, Ostrda, Lidzbark Warmiski, Omulew, Czarny Piec, Lipowiec commune. Szczytno, Ciechanw and Przasnysz in the scope, locations and quantities in accordance with the description of the subject of the order - Annex No. 1 to the draft provisions of the contract, which are Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (2a part 1) and the price form, Annex No. 5 (5a part 1) to the SWZ. Detailed description of the subject of the order and the method execution of the order was specified in the draft provisions of the contract together with the annexes constituting Annex No. 2 (2a part 1) to the SWZ. The contractor is obliged to fell 2 trees in the town of Przasnysz under the supervision of an authorized ornithologist in accordance with pts. 10 of the Description of the Subject of the Order (TABLE No. 1, items in table 128-129), Annex No. 1 to the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex No. 2a to the SWZ.
