Treatment of residual household waste (OMR) Treatment of residual household waste (OMR) This contract concerns the treatment activities of part of the Residual Household Waste (OMR) from SMED on one or more treatment sites proposed by the candidate. These services include the reception, treatment and recovery of waste in accordance with the technical and environmental requirements defined in the Specifications of Special Technical Clauses (CCTP). This market is a single-awardee framework agreement, concluded in accordance with articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 of the Public Order Code (CCP). The services will be carried out by issuing purchase orders, in accordance with articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the CCP. THE contract is concluded without a minimum threshold and with a maximum annual threshold set at twenty-five thousand (25, 000) tonnes of Residual Household Waste (OMR) to be treated.
