Tender Details

The consultation has passed on an open tender (formalized procedure) and will give rise to an ordinary public market without minimum amount but with a maximum amount. The unit prices will be revised according to the methods determined in the specific administrative clauses (CCAP). The framework agreement will have a duration of 12 months from its date of notification and will be tacitly renewable three times per similar period, a total duration of 48 months. The procedures for issuing purchase orders are described in the CCAP. This consultation does not include a slice Optional and it prohibits the variants. It includes an optional additional option relating to the collection on site of the mail (this optional PSE will not be taken into account within the framework of the analysis of the offers). In the event that the optional PES is not Returned, the city of Dieppe will deposit its mail directly at the collection point provided for by the holder. This consultation is not allotted for a plurality of reasons explained in the regulations of the consultation
