Treatment of household and similar waste (relaunch) This consultation is initiated following the decision to abandon the public contract launched previously for specific reasons not resulting from the unsuccessful procedure. There consultation concerns the treatment of household and similar waste. The Béziers Méditerranée Agglomeration Community (CABM) entrusts the holder with part of the treatment of household and similar waste from the VALORBI site (recovery plant organic from Béziers) so as not to exceed the 62, 500 tonnes authorized by the site decree and 275 tonnes/day over the period from April to September, to compensate for a major breakdown on the site or as part of maintenance operations requiring close the site. The holders commit to 100% incineration over the duration of the contract and thus allow the urban area to benefit from a reduced TGAP rate. Framework agreement for current supplies and services for the treatment of household waste and similar. The framework agreement is concluded with a minimum and a maximum and will result in the issuance of purchase orders. It will be awarded to a maximum of 3 economic operators. Services are regulated by unit prices. Maximum amount excluding tax for the total duration of the contract: 21, 000, 000.00 Euro(s) excluding tax.
