This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number w91ytz-18-q-0272 is issued as a request for quotation (rfq). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through federal acquisition circular 2005-100 and defense federal acquisition supplement publication (dpn) 20171228. This acquisition is issued on an unrestricted basis under naics code 339115 and size standard is 1, 000 employees. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
The purpose of this solicitation is to purchase 15 packages of treatment cards compatible with a tx idesign advanced customvue system.
