Tender Details
The object of the procurement is the processing and reception of the contaminated soil, waste and surplus soil of Etelaeinen Postipuisto and, if necessary, the purchase of clean soil. The acquisition will be implemented as a framework arrangement 2024-2027 (option 2027-2028). Providing clean soil is voluntary and is not an advantagerequest for participation in the tender.
The procurement is carried out as a procurement ring, the members of which are the city of Helsinki's urban environment department, Posti Group Suomi Oy and VR-Yhtymae Oyj. Framework contracts are concluded with all suitable and eligible bidders. Use of framework arrangement, advantagethe age order and deviations from it are described in more detail in the attached draft contract. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in Appendix 2 of the request for tenders (Appendix_2_Massat_kuvaus.pdf).
The expected value of the procurement excluding VAT is 30, 000, 000 euros and the maximum value excluding VAT is 40, 000, 000 eurosa. The procurement is initially divided over three (3) years.
