Carry out separate runs on HOV and GPL lanes during AM and PM peak periods of QEW, Hwy 400, Hwy 401, Hwy 403, Hwy 404, Hwy 410, Hwy 417 and Hwy 427. This study also assesses the change in the degree of congestion and operational conditions on the road network during peak periods since the last study was undertaken.
