Description : The Home Visiting Services Unit (HVSU) will be traveling to American Samoa for Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) Program peer-to-peer learning. The Pacific Basin MIECHV grantee teams from American Samoa, Guam, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands have requested support and training in the Parents as Teachers (PAT) home visiting model, as their programs currently lack the necessary resources and expertise. HVSU will provide travel support for the Hawaii PAT State Office to American Samoa to offer this expertise and training.
