Description: The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), in Kabul, invites qualified service providers who are registered with the government of Afghanistan to make a firm offer for the establishment of a Frame Agreement for Travel Services (referred to hereinafter as "Services"). UNHCR may award a Frame Agreement to the selected vendors with an initial duration of two (2) years, potentially extendable for a further period of one (1) year, subject to the quality performance of the selected company during the contract duration period, continuing need for the services and availability of funds. The successful bidder (s) are requested to maintain their quoted price model for the duration of the Frame Agreement.
