The designated travel agency will have the following mission: - Support and management of travel for the various audiences concerned (athletes of the French teams and their companions, technical staff, elected officials, employees, etc.) through the reservation of means of transport (train, plane, car rental) and housing solutions. The service must be carried out at the most economical price with competition between transport companies for the most suitable route and under the conditions required, by all means of public or private transport, as requested by the travel manager; unless otherwise stated, the service provider must meet needs on the basis of economic class, - Provision of a travel card reductions or subscriptions from service providers (and implementation of subscription and reduction cards already in the beneficiary's possession). - Direct payment of carriers by the holder.
