Works Klavertje 4 The project combines renovation, partial reconstruction and new construction. The existing building, dating from the 1970s and characterized by the architectural language and facades typical of that era, will largely be preserved and renovated. A section will be demolished to create a new passage. In the center of the plot, a new volume will accommodate the extension of the nursery. From the second to the fourth floor, apartments will also be located there. THE project pays particular attention to sustainability. The facade elements from the demolished part will be carefully dismantled and then reused on the site. Additionally, eco-friendly materials, such as hemp-lime and wool insulation mineral, will be used for facade insulation. The project also includes the development of the surrounding areas. The new passage connecting Avenue de l'Héliport and Allée Verte will be completely developed, and the existing nursery garden will be redeveloped. THE Respecting the schedule is essential, because the project is part of a sustainable neighborhood contract. It is also imperative that the nursery can reopen on a specific date.
